I must admit that when i got the flyer from Freedom Mortgage and i started researching the company and read all the bad reviews i was very skeptical about doing business with them. However I do know you have too take bad reviews with a very small grain of salt. With that being said i went ahead and contacted them, everyone was very helpful from start to finish. Anytime i had a question or concern they always returned my calls and made sure all my questions were answered promptly and professionally. There were absolutely no surprises at anytime during the process. They always kept me up to date on the progress during the entire. I would highly recommend them too anyone. They were right on time with there estimate of how long it would take too close the loan and there were absolutely no surprises at anytime during the entire process. I would use Freedom Mortgage again without hesitation. I urge anyone reading these reviews too do like i did and take them with a grain of salt so to speak.
