Unreturned Calls, Lost Payments and 1700 Dollar Refinance Fees

Freedom, which uses loancare to handle your account is borderline loan sharks. They never return phone calls. I'm on the phone with them almost daily. I was forced to refi with another bank and happy to have done it. And, of course they fee'd me to the tune of 1700 dollars... Not to mention the 5 bi-weekly payments they seem to have lost. I'm sure they'll figure it out sooner or later... But meanwhile I get treated like crap while they keep dodging my calls. They are rude most of the time and no one is able to answer a simple question. Please... Save yourself a lot of headaches, there are plenty of good companies Freedom and LoanCare is not one of them.
