Horrible maintenance. Poor management. I lived here for 6months now. I've had a leak in my kitchen for over 4 months. Ive had a flood caused by the dish washer. My air condition went out twice. Other maintenance issues that really have to be addressed. Nats caused from the leaks. Mildew on ways in rest room. I've repeatedly reported these issues along with others, and they seem not to care. If its fixed, its not fixed right, causing the problem to occur again. I really hate my apartment and can't wait till my lease is up. I strongly suggest to rent elsewhere.
