On May 15 inspector from the "Marietta Housing Authority" came to my old place of residence at 1007 Calgary Glen at Hunters Grove Apartments to perform an inspection of the smallest of the three bedroom, to my knowledge because my kids and I were ill and I saw Mold/Mildew growth around the window, around sprinkler and at baseboards.

I called this in because this was my second major complaint about the possible growth because of the smell coming from that particular bedroom.

At that time I was told by previous management that the sprinkler system had been hit by the previous resident and I need not to worry because the room had been dried properly. This was not the case. Now myself and two children are displaced in Ohio, because we have no family in Georgia I would, therefore, request that 3rd group properties, QR Capital, Hunter's Grove LLC pay for the Repair/Replacement of Personal Property Damage and Family Displacement. Which includes beds, box springs, clothing and displacement expenses travel, room and board, food and medications due to kids becoming sick in the unit.

Please be advised their mandatory Renter's Insurance Company "Assurant" turned down my claim because they do not cover Mold/Mildew Damage.

I was also given the option to move. And I definitely accepted that offer, over the next few days I will be adding emails and fax submissions from myself and from property management from Hunters Grove Management and 3rd group properties.
