I was sent the wrong showerhead on a May order, I called - took 2 hours to get through - they sent out the correct one but charged my account for both until the original one was returned. I returned the item, it has been almost a month - I have called - the shortest wait time has been 45 minutes, the longest two hours! I keep getting the run around - also ordered a rob hook which I still haven't received - got an email saying they are not making this item any longer - would I like to substitute - I found one and emailed them and have not heard a word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE! I am ready to file a small claims suit - now they have the returned showerhead, my money, which I am being charged interest on. Beware - read the reviews - do not order from these people - you will never get your money back!
