Can't believe how high empire today is - laminate flooring

I wanted laminate installed in my living room. Not a huge room only 240 square feet and was told retail price would be 3986.00.17 dollars a square foot wow. But I could get it for the low low price of 3640.00. What a joke Empire Today is. I called on their 70 percent off sale and was expecting atleast a decent price. Before the sales man left he came down to his best price can't go no lower must act now price of 2771. No thank you empire 12 dollars a square feet is still outrageous. Any place around here will install for 2 or less a foot and you can get top of the line laminate for less the 3 dollars a square foot so the most you would is 5 dollars a square foot. Thanks empire but no thanks you can keep your over priced lamaniate
