Great Experiance

I would like to share my experiance about Empire Direct. Sunday night we decided we needed carpet. I went on the Empire website and created an appointment for the next day in about 5 min.
On Monday the Empire sales professional Sal called me and gave me his ETA. It was perfectly inline with expectations.
Sal arrived and got right to work, measured the floor, presented the samples.
Because I already knew what I wanted we were able to move thru quickly and decide on carpet / pad and price. I told Sal my goal price and he went the extra mile to come within $35.00 of my goal.

He then scheduled the install for the day and time I choose and was out the door. No high pressure upsell, just good honest service. He was in and out in 45 min which is what I exactly wanted.

This is why Empire has carpeted all my homes.

These guys have been installing for years and know when a customer with no flooring experience is about to make a gross mistake and will offer their suggestions. Unfortunately some folks see that as sales tactic's, its not they are trying to protect your investment.
