Our steam shower was purchase in 2007. The steam engine has been replaced 2 times and at this time we have been waiting since December 09 for our 3rd replacement steam engine. The quality of the product we received has been poor. The customer service unacceptable-calls are not returned, delivery dates missed. At this time i am requesting to return the product to the manufacturer as it has not worked more than it has worked.
