Many issues unresolved with my Steam Shower! - Steam shower/tu

My shower drain is TOO small for the volume of water. The tub is 1/2 full by the time I take a normal shower. Havn't used the rain shower in months because the tub is full when I get out. The unit has had an electrical short sine we first started using it! We have left it unplugged since the beginning out of fear of being electricuted! The steam generator has NEVER WORKED! This unit is the biggest mistake I have ever made!
