Poor product and worst service - Steam shower/tu

I have had my unit for a few months. I have to go out myself and purchase parts that have broken. No need to call these folks for service you will only get the run around or answering machine.
My recommendation is to run not walk away from these people. They could care less about service after the sale.
My experience has just been very bad
