Every time I go into Lowes in Brewer, ME I like to use a hand basket. Each and every time there are no baskets at the entrance and I am directed to go down to the exit where they keep them. To travel half way through the store to get a basket, only to have to go back to the section that I entered at is frustrating. When I enter a Home Depot they can't wait to get a basket in my hands. Home Depot appears to care more about their disabled customers.
