Lowes
Horrible customer service

Usually I think of Lowes as the Target of home improvement and Home depot as the wal-mart. Lowes with it colorful nature and clean appearance, hardly applies to their customer service. While looking for items I asked two sales person for location of items, both times with grim looks and just pointed down aisle. First sales person just pointed to aisle and went back to texting. Tells you alot about the importance of the customer at Tempe, AZ Lowes. Therefore taking my business to Home depot, due to courteous manner and need to help their customers.
