Waste Management cancelled service and took personal cans - curbside trash service

I have (had) Waste Management service in Queen Annes County Maryland. Without notice my account was cancelled and my personal 96 gallon roll off cans were taken. Luckily I have a home surveillance system so I saw who took them. When I called customer service the phone went silent at exactly 5 pm. I tried to call back only to find their offices were closed and their phone lines were not working. They did not return my phone call either. Such a disappointment after years of service.
