Bad customer service. Cheap product that doesn't last, AT ALL

My first appointment went well but I unfortunately they seemed to take advantage of my inexperience with flooring. I'm a first time homeowner and wanted something that would last longer than builders grade carpet. I was told the carpet I got was durable and the salesperson knew I had a pet. Only one installer showed up so I had to help them move furniture which I had paid to have taken care of. Then a month later, probably less than that the carpet started calling apart. I called to complain, it took two rescheduled Appointments and some bad excuses for the guy to finally come out. This was after I had to send him pictures so he wouldn't even have to come out. They took forever getting back to me. Then they kept blaming my 7 pound dog And vacuum for the carpet. I vacuumed 1 time after it was installed. I am still fighting with them to do something about selling me a product that lasted three years and 9 months less that builders grade cheap garbage. It adds insult to injury when their customer service sucks. Rescheduling appointments multiple times and not calling back someone when you tell them you will is not customer service. Don't use empire!!!
