Carpet is all defective - Carpet

Some lucky people get their carpet taken care of... We did not. We had carpet installed, and was calling numerous times to get it replaced. They sent out techs to check the quality. And said it was fine. We paid WAY TOO MUCH for carpet in my LR, and DR, and upstairs MSbedroom. All the carpet was damaged, and flat as a pancake by the time it was 1 yr old. Not to mention the carpet fibers that came out each time we vacuum. There was no heavy traffic, or over use. Just normal house living. The carpet also needed stretched numerous times, and they would not come stretch it a final time because it was 2 days past my 2 yr service period...!! They were awful, and i will NEVER go with them again! There are cheaper carpet installers around!
