Securus Ripping off the inmates and family UNFAIR

Whilst my husband is on death row in Maryland we communicate via a phone call of which is run through a company called T-Netix / Securus we have had serious problems with this company for many years, I have contacted this company on many occasions but I seem to get the same messages.

My husband has a prepaid account and makes sure funds are always available for us to talk when possible, last week my number was blocked for no reason what so ever and they do not have the decency to let me know why, I have emailed them and also the prison facility of which I have not had a response. This company take it upon themselves to disconnect the phone sometimes after 3 minutes yet they charge the full amount. When I email and call this place they ask for his SSN of which he never set the account up with, I give them his full name and number and the prison he resides in and they still do not answer the question that I am asking. They have even told me he does not have an account, yet this company take his $100.00 per month. I have asked the prison (N.B.C. I) to look into this and again nothing is being done.

This has been going on for 4/5 years and now they have blocked his calls to me I am at my wits end with this company.

I would really like to know how to start a class action law suit against this company for not providing the service.
