After receiving a call from my son in jail through Securus, there was a message that said to set up a prepaid account just go to Sucurus.com, when I did a search this Prison Call Solutions came up and I signed up. I got a call the next day and then was given a number to give to my son that he could call me on. Somehow it would forward to my number. Well we just tried it out this last Sunday, my son has to use a calling card to make calls, it still charged him the same amount to call the number they gave me as it did when he called me directly. This is a big rip off, I wish I would have seen all of these complaints before I paid them for this service. I will try to get my money back.
