The CBP office administers in LAX doing the global entry interview are notorious abusive and lazy didn't want to work and expect to get my $100 sitting around. I had this Vietnamese male interviewer in LAX airport he was intimating and harass me during the entire interview after he find out that I am a flight attendant he said "how come you're not in uniform, all of you came in uniform thinking that you will get special treatment... I told him that's my day off why do I have to show up in uniform. He kept raising his voice during the interview so the whole office include those who are waiting can hear our conversation compare to the guy in the next cubicle was just normal. Then he wasted my time asking why my name wasn't same as my birth certificate which is none of his business and how my application form wasn't completed I'll get denial and if I can't complete the form I probably can't handle the machine try to make me feel stupid. It is their job to show me how to operate the machine for part of my $100. The questions that I didn't answer wasn't a require field online yet he got so upset about it. At the end he still didn't show me the machine and didn't put a sticker on my passport that he suppose to. He treated me like a criminal and if I am I won't be working for a national airlines passed thorough background check. My online application was completed otherwise it won't let me proceed and schedule an interview. His job is to verify my application not playing power trip. I went for an interview but that is not. I was being interrogated and abused for 30 minutes. I paid CBP to make their job easier, and paying their salary as a taxpayer, I don't deserve to be treated illegally discriminated. Later, I find out 2 of my other co-workers had the same humiliating experience by the same Vietnamese interviewer in LAX. My advice is don't schedule your appointment in LA go to Chicago, he embarrass our country wasting taxpayers money, a total worthless should be included in the new budget cut.
