Securus told me that I could not receive calls from Ottawa County Jail in Ohio unless I paid them. I did. I subscribed to "ConsCall Home" for their service and It worked only one time because Securus blocked my phone. Securus is a monopoly plus when I called them to find out why they had blocked me after I paid them, they had me on hold for 116 minutes. When they finally did talk to me, I was given totally different answers than when I paid them for their services. Securus told me outright that Millicorp/ConsCallHome company was illigitamate, fraudulant, a scam and that this company has done this for a long time. I cancelled Securus but they still have my phone number as"unblocked" if I pay them $4.95 connection fee plus $0.89 per minute. I have unlimited long distance and it seems that Securus is the scammer, and monopolizer.
