Deposit refund when you move out ripoff

When you give notice to leave and not renew your lease, they go through and charge you for anything and everything they can. Ex, Oil spots in the driveway, baseboards not being cleaned, professional steam cleaning, windows not being cleaned. The list goes on and on. I was charged $2500.00.
