I cleaned/dusted ENTIRE house (bathrooms, kitchen, windows inside and out, fireplace, all vinal floors, replaced two damaged blinds etc) spent $250 on professional carpet cleaning and flea spray (required as pet owner). They kept $1050 deposit for light farret oder in 1 bedroom and trivial maintenance. Sent me check for $6. The only thing discussed with me was the oder in the 1 bedroom.

I offered my help with room twice but did not get a reply to either inquirey. It was two weeks later they replied and said they had replaced carpet in the one room, and spent a bundle of money for a professional cleaning. (dont know what was cleaned unless the carpet installers made a mess.) I was also charged for two new remotes to the garage door, even though I was ONLY given ONE and could have given the one I had back to them (after looking for it) but NOTHING was ever mentioned to me that it was missing.
