Product ordered, charged, never received product, no contact from merchant... Scammers

I requested for the room Red Cherub Fabric Wallhanging for $109.00. It instantly continued my charge card, therefore we settled it. I waited 3 months to provide them time for you to procedure, etc. I delivered 2 emails with no reaction. I named at week 3 and soon after providing a purchase #, she stated "Oh that's being sent today." I believed, WHOA she truly understands each one of these LENGTHY purchase #is. Must have been another red flag. Over per week handed with no item obtained. I named and remaining concept with no return telephone call. I subsequently followed-up with emails with no reaction. I eventually chose to do web research with this firm's evaluation (must have completed BEFORE purchasing) and all grievances were the same as mine. I approached the charge card business I employed which is currently being questioned. I had been acknowledged by money-back by my charge card business. Beware. If they'renot scammers they're inexperienced at-best.
