Did not obtain purchase plus they are not answering emails

I requested "Duck Stories" from raredvds. Tv (EmpiricalFilm. Tv). Prior to the products were delivered in my experience I examined my card and noticed they charged me twice for that same product. I wrote towards the organization many times about that, but received no reaction. I subsequently published them seeking a termination of my whole purchase because of their prejudice of my past questions. No reaction again.

I approached their cost processing organization, but again didn't obtain something.

I still received neither my money-back no DVDs. Avoid the corporation. I'm today looking to get my money-back through my charge card business.
