Horrible customer service & charged card after canceling

I requested a gown along with a top in middle-April. The top was backordered, however the gown was in-stock. After four weeks, I named to determine why it had beennot here yet. They stated these were supported also it might venture out the following week. The following week I named again plus they stated it'd NOT removed out, but might inside a couple of days. I told them to stop the purchase plus they stated they might NOT stop it since the organization had offered

I then began sending emails to stop the purchase, obtaining the typical quilt reaction stating somebody might enter contact with me within 24 hours. I delivered 6 of these emails, and not did anybody react. Then I acquired a contact this week stating the gown had delivered! Now they charged my card, which put me into an overdraft. I named customer support again and he or she assured me that she'd stop the backordered product, but there is nothing she might concerning the gown because it had previously delivered. The moment I get the gown I'll instantly return it to get a reimbursement, but somehow I discover more issues with that! I'll never conduct business with one of these folks again.
