I approached Outside Marketers concerning alternative components to get a Poulan Chainsaw and was informed the components were in-stock. I put the purchase online and settled via AMEX. I obtained a contact declaring the purchase was obtained and also the purchase could be prepared and delivered "ASAP". The concept believed to permit 7 business days. After 8 business days approved I sent the supplied customer support handle. No reply. I named and not got an answer. I sent again and requested them for whether following number or verification they were eliminating my purchase. Again, no reaction. I'm likely to continue having a challenge via AMEX and guarantee they're compelled to return the cash they obtained with out stuffed the purchase. Really poor company to cope with. Research your options. Perform a Google research on "Outside Marketers Grievances" and find out the large numbers of strikes you'll get. Terrible procedure. Beware!!!
