Bad replacement phones with terrible picture quality even when I have guarantee

My phone was not working fine and Verizon sent me a motorola droid x2 phone. So I complaint again about that replacement phone and they sent me a REFURBISH LIKE NEW PHONE but this time the phone picture quality is even worst, takes terrible fainted pictures and the color are very poor quality. Their technical support people have tried to change the settings for the pictures and tried everything possible to fix it but the problem was not fixed. They try to get me to get a buy a phone too but I want my phone replace for one that has good quality. The second phone did not look like new at all the compartment inside the phone around the battery area looks older than the phone that I had for many years. Verizon guarantee is not honoring a good service. Help please!!!
