I had 4 lines with tmobile and i was thinking about changing service so i went into a store of yours and i met this very nice and pleasant young lady who helped me and showed me the phone and explain the plans she was so helpful that i transfer all 4 lines over the same day with her. Her name was Sarah so i thought since she was so nice and also a great sales rep i thought i should just let you know.
