Customer Service Of T Mobile Attempting to charge me cancelation charges for four phone lines that were part of one account for seven years Albuquerque NM or Washington State

TMOBILE send me a nice card thanking me in April for my business. They asked me to upgrade my phones for 3 lines. I said wow how nice. We accepted the offer for only two lines and we added one more line but we were told specifically by their agent that we did not have a cancelation charge and that the lines were all under one account. I ended up not accepting a new upgrade as the phone caught on fire three times.

So only one phone was upgraded again they assured me no contract and only one account for all the lines.
For my son's birthday he asked for the Iphone. I debated to leave TMOBILE but I was not able to get a reception lately during travels to NY, France and other locations and so I decided to try ATT which had broader coverage. I called TMobile I had been a customer for 7 years and loyal. They said no problem that they would shut it off that I could use the same phone number, that there was no cancelation charge as I was a member for 7 years and loyal very loyal. Last week I got a bill for 901.00 with 4 lines cancelation charges (again they said only one account and that I already satisfied the terms of my contracts so I contacted them boy their attitude was different I kept thinking why did I feel guilty for leaving. They was iftofacto and said you had 4 contracts and we already prorated the cancelation charges. I told them I was never told about any cancelation charges, that I was told it was not a problem, that I only had one account and yet they were charging me for 4, they said no it was 4 accounts. I tried to reason with them, then they got all nasty and hung up. They I called and wrote emails and told them I would pursue legal action still the same callus attitude you have 4 accounts and have a cancelation fee, but have a nice day.

They are totally and positively unethical. They misrepresented the terms of their agreement, they misled me to believe it was not a problem and it was. Then they add these arbitrary and capricious charges to my account and tell me to pay them. They never said you will pay this amount if you cancel, they never said each line has a cancelation charge never they misled me and so I believed that when the representative told me that I could cancel at no charge I believed them.

I do not intend to pay them what they want I will pursue whatever course of action I must to fight them. They should not be allowed to misrepresent their terms and services. They should not be allowed to con the American people.

They are a disgrace.
