I have applied twice for service. I was sent a letter saying someone had an account already at my home address. Apparently whoever lived in the apartment where I live had an account and never changed their address. I was told to re-apply, so I did. I never heard anything back so I contacted assurance VIA email and have had several correspondence. I was eventually given an email to which I sent a copy of my utility bill as proof of residency. I still have no phone service over three months later. I must say that this has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I am unemployed and need this phone in order to find a job. Putting a message number on applications and resumes is not working. I need to be able to call and check on those potential jobs but can't as long as I don't have a phone. I just want someone to take the initiative to correct this issue and send me the phone that I clearly qualify for and have proven time and time again that I most certainly do.
