I contacted Metro PCS customer service line and wanted to down grade my wife's plan. I informed the rep. That I want to downgrade my wife's plan from the $40 to the $30 he told me Metro PCS does not allow downgrades on active lines only upgrade. I told him that my wife does not use internet on her phone and I dont want to pay for something she don't even use. I also told him that any other cell phone company would let you do that. He then again said well not Metro sorry. This company is getting on my nerves thinking of just going with another company. Metro has crapy phones that dont work worth a crap and cheaply made and sold for a high dollar amount. No contract but they sure do find a way to squeeze money out of you some way or form.
