Mobile phone problems - Samsung Galaxy Note N7000

Dear samsung company (kk, sabah branch). I buy this phone on 07/04, the beginning of it only to find that a little heat and hang. When i used not more than three weeks, there have been problems. I have very austrian angry. Problems (1), the battery will be hot to hot, life expectancy is very short, only use half a day. Problems (2), always the incoming calls and end calls will be hang machine, you need to directly power off will be all right. Problems (3), always the incoming calls and end calls will be loading super low, the longest more than 2 minutes. I was getting Impatient. Problems (4), always playing sms, ABC's words did not even printed out, direct power off will be all right too. Problems (5), the biggest problems is this body will be restart itself. On 07/05, this phone is i signed the data package promotion from maxis center (sandakan, sabah branch) here, they help me returned to samsung center (KK, sabah branch) repair dept for repair, they said this body inside itself some parts get damaged and the software and got mistake, after that, they help me update software and changed a few damage parts. Day on 26/05, maxis center (sandakan, sabah branch), to take will come back the next day, the old problems have emerged, this time adding new problems. Problems (6), when slide the picture see the next page will be stuck. Problems (7), even the alarm will not ring. This is my second time to give back to maxis center (sandakan, sabah branch), return to the samsung (KK, sabah branch), They's say that, they entirely new machine. Only can help me to change board, if like this, whole phone will get them closer to breaking down. More than a variety of problems, enought to make your company to compensate me, change a new phone model is samsung galaxy note N7000 to me. I hope your company is tought to review your all products, as well as the customer service center (KK, sabah branch) is very bad. I am very deeply disappointed.
