Worst customer service and product: samsung galaxy s2 - Samsung galaxy S2 cell phone

I bought my samsung galaxy s2 I9100 from flipkart.com in Jan of this year and my bad experience with samsung started from the third or fourth day of the purchase as the phone started giving problems, so i called flipkart and they replaced my phone. Even after replacement i had to get the phone checked after few months of usage. Now my phone has started giving multiple problems. I gave my phone to the samsung service center (AEGISS INFOTECH UG-26 A, SOMDUTT CHAMBER-1 NEW DELHI) almost 10-15 days back as my battery was dying very quickly so they told me to buy a new battery and then they told me that the charging port is also damaged so they have to change that and now my phone's microphone was not working so i gave my phone to them on 13th dec and they told me that it will take two days to fix it and s i waited and i went to collect the phone on 17th instead of 15th dec. They told me the phone is fixed but when i checked it they didn't do a thing on the phone and they said they fixed the issue. Now they told me that it will take another two days time to get it fixed. I'm really fedup with the kind of service you guys are providing. The staff who captures the complaints are not at all helpful they don't acknowledge the problems and don't respond properly when you ask them something
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL
