S4 mini duos

I have problems when i bought s4 mini duos i9192
contacts in Sim 1 and 2 are not displayed sim 1 only or sim 2 only not both. I did every things to solve this problem but i not find. I went to samsung care they also not found solutions. And said this problems it found with all customer in egypt and also have problems with network... So please SAMSUNG please find solutions we all like you please find way to this hard problems. Please. Make new software or update
