Worst coverage and even worse customer service - cricket unlimited wirless service

I have tried Cricket Wireless service twice with horrible, disappointing results both times. The price is good but the actual coverage is terrible in my area (washington dc) and there customer service is inconceivably bad. They have rarely resolved any coverage or billing issues. They are only trained to apologize and restate your complaint. They have a total no refund policy so when I cancelled service the second time, they refused to return payment for the unused portion of my monthly service. Cricket is horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
