Phone cut off after bridge payment and rep hung up

Why I paid a bridge payment that was set up over the phone by cricket I went and paid the 17.00 pmt but my phones was cutt off like hours afterwards called cricket gave a receipt number this was on 11/16 and the customer service rep didn't fix the problem she just hung up on me now it is 11/17/09 I can't get cricket on the phone my phone is still off.
