TMobile lies to its cusotmers and overcharges on its bills

Electronics and household app.

I purchased a new phone for my daughter, and paid full price for the phone, so as not to be forced into extending the existing contract with TMobile. TMobile then proceeded to add internet to this phone line, after we specifically told the Sales Rep we did NOT want internet on this line. (We have four phones on this one account). TMobile then proceeded to charge us $50.00 for the internet on that line; I contacted them via their Chat representative (Martha R., ID #853306); this Rep said we would have to pay this first month of internet, but that there would be NO additional charges in the future (I obtained this in writing from the TMobile representative). Next bill comes, and sure enough - there is the same $50.00 charge. I again contacted TMobile via a Chat representative (Charnie H., ID #145-0676); she told me this new charge was for 'prorated internet services for last month'. I explained to her I was told there would be NO future charges on this, and her response was, "Sorry for the inconvenience.
