AT&T customer service is horrible. Their hold times and transfer times are unbelievable. Obviously, the reps are untrained, if they need to transfer a customer 8 times to 8 different departments only to be disconnected. I can't uderstand how a customer can call AT&T for a simple billing question, and after 2 hours of transferring, hold time, and dropped calls, still not have the right department or assistance. This happens EVERY time. It isn't a fluke or isolated incident. I have never encountered such horrible service, if that's what it can be referred to-from any other company in my 53 years. People need to post their complaints and then make a formal complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office. Then leave AT&T. Take your business and hard earned money somewhere else, even if it means paying more. Customer service means everything and AT&T is a complete zero!
