ATT has horrible customer service!!! Just today i have been on hold for over an hour without even speaking to anyone while trying to cancel my service through them!!! Last time and several other times when i called in they have hung up on me and transferred me to the wrong department numerous times. Not to mention each transfer takes at least 15 minutes on hold. They charged me the wrong amount (48 dollars) for service for almost an entire year and it was suppose to cost 19.95. I had to spend hours upon hours on the phone with their customer service all to find out they never even fixed the problem and then i would get a humungous bill again. And as i type this i have once again been hung up on by the customer service helper when i was suppose to be put on hold while he tried to locate my account. Needless to say i am livid and i feel that they have costed me a lot of money by wasting tons of my time with their terrible service! Internet is also very slow!
