Purchased Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4g with poor reception and garbled phone calls. Paid to get a new one (with much aggravation) and in the meantime, my current bill payment cleared my bank on 9/28, due 9/29. My phone got cut off "due to nonpayment" (what???!!!) and then you can't talk to anyone, even from another phone. Had to return to store for them to call. Then, because it was taking a little time to resolve, the man said he could not wait and he needed his phone back!!! WHAT??? I was warned about your customer service problems and should have listened before I purchased such an expensive deal. Anyway, this day with so much stress already, it is worth my piece of mind to chalk this loss up to my own stupidity for going with Metro in the first place. I had my bank retrieve the monies I paid you and I'm DONE! You should be ashamed, at the VERY LEAST. Store where purchased (if you even care) was 5335.
