I made my cell phone payment of $50.00 by using my phone at my metro connect app. I used my bank credit card for the payment on May 23. My bank account has deducted the $50.00 from my account indicating that the payment was issued to Metropcs. Upon contacting metro to find out why my cell phone was not on and stating to them that bill was paid for and deducted from my account. There response to me was that they had no verifiable record of the payment, therefore, I would have to take this matter up with my bank of which my bank says take it up with metro.
