Metro PCS Pay the bill can not use the phone

My Pal from Thailand. Made the mistake of getting a MetroPCS phone. Has had this account for years and same number. English is not the first language so I called the so called Cust Service line from my Metro PCS phone.

He is the deal. The bill was just paid $50. And the phone quit working saying a payment was needed. Had the MetroPCS send the amount due via text.

Amount due is $0.0 -

How does one pay 0 or nothing?

They just made the payment and the phone does not work and now they want a nothing payment.

We call the so called customer service and give them the payment date, the amount paid and the phone number, name and customer number.

They demand a "security code" and will not sent it via a text. What is this? We are not trying to do ID theft - just trying to pay a bill for $0.0 amount and get the phone working.

They demand the phone owner go to the service center for help.

Last time I went to the so called service center for my account I waited in line for over one hour.

What a load of crap - of course Sprint and ATT are no better and more expensive.

I have my account with these morons also...

Maybe not for long...
