Taking money out of our account

We keep getting the run a round by them,
they took money out of one of our accts. For a different family members acct. When we aren't even on their account. Then they said they don't know how we got on their and can't remove us or give us our money back that they took out to pay for this other account we are not even on.
They are rude and don't do their job.
Will not recommend them at all and we are a personal and business user or them, but won't be soon.
