T called T-Mobile on sept 1 and asked to get my cell number changed. I gave my number and the one i wanted to change to and the guy said the number was not in use so he could do that. He told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to change so i called back in 50 hours and the guy told me i had to have a land line to get it changed. So i called back again and i was told that it would be changed in 24 hours I called back sept 5 and was told it was declined...
