Five Hours Being Lied to and Ripped Off

On August 14th, I called T-Mobile to have my area code changed on my cell phone number to reflect the area code of my house number. The T-Mobile agent told me this wasn't possible. Four days later I went to use my phone and it didn't work.

I called the company and was told they had changed my area code and phone number, but to the wrong area code and they were changing it back to the area code I had asked for. They also put $25.00 worth of minutes on my phone that I had bought from Walmart.

I let the employees know that my son had been injured in an accident and was bedridden and this is the reason I had bought the cell phone, in case he needed to reach me while I was running errands at the grocery store. I was told that I would have service within 24 hours.

Since then, I have had no phone service. I called the number that is displayed on my phone and a man answers who doesn't speak English.

I have called the company five times and have spent almost five hours dealing with this problem. Each time I have called I have been told the problem would be resolved within twenty four hours.

It is three months later and I am out $25.00 for the phone card and the cost of the phone. Whatever you do, don't buy a phone from T-Mobile. This company is the worst!
