I was contacted by platinum Advantage by phone with an offer of 2500.00 in in store credit with a! 000.00 cash advance. They took the 200.00 out of my checking acount and a few weeks later signed a acceptance letter which was a month a ago. I contacted the company which wasn't a problem, They stated on answering system that they were open mon thu fri 9-5 pm. The I explained to the serves department of PA of why is the card and catalog taking so long. She stated that the card and catalog was sent out by mail May 9 and takes 14 days to reach me. It is now june 4 and I haven't received my card for which I had paid 200.00 for.
