I bought my phone from Radio Shack in September, and have tried numerous times to contact customer service about needing to reset my voicemail access number because it was forgotten to no avail. Unable to reach anyone at all times of the day. Even at 4 A.M. The line is busy. This is sad. I have never had this type of service from any other cellular company;prepaid or contract. Ever!
