I have recived an outragous bill. I was never advised that when I changed my service to a different type that I had to pay for almost two months in advance. During the time that I changed my service for two months I have had overages. This is somthing I never had before. I had change before but was advised I did not need that many minutes. A couple of months after changing I went over for 2 months going on the suggestion of one of the verizon reps. Unfair and terrible for a good customer.
