US Celllular
Unreasonable Billing

Mobile Phones

I saw an agent in past Nov. Because our cell phones battery was weak and I traded for a new phone. I did not believe that I signed another two year contract and gave the sales person our old phones.in March I tried phone (cell }that I got through AARP. I had forty-five days to make up my mind. My spouse passed away on March 28. On April 13 I was at a cell store in Brkfield and paid my US cellular bill for $46.43 and turned in the phones that I had from them.

Today on 4/18, I received a bill for 111.42. I called the 888# and explained my side of this and was supposed to be connected to customer relations. After several minutes of being on hold I got dial tone. I called back again and spoke with an agent and I do not understand why I have to pay for this bill in view of fact my husband passed away and I did not sign up for another two year contract. That would be up in November. The woman suggested I call the store on Beloit Rd and Moorland and explain it to them.

I feel too stressed out to deal with this and money is very short due to funeral expenses. If you can help mediate this I would appreciate. We did not use any minutes since early March and have been with this company about six years.
