I cancelled my ATT cell phones on March 10th and March 21st and transferred to AARP. They are sending me a bill for March 23-April 22

I cancelled my cell phones with ATT, transferring to AARP. One cell phone on March 10th. The other cell phone on March 21st. I got a bill for $194.00 today. It stated that I owed it for services from March 23 to April 22. The representative said it was prorated! They put me on hold after waiting over 30 minutes... Then cut me off.
