Most Dishonest Company I've Ever Dealt With! No refunds, lied about nighttime minutes

My husband and I purchased two cell phones in New Port Richey, FL and signed a 2 year contract through AT&T, over two years ago. When we were there the employee at an AT&T store (we did not buy through a walmart or anything like that) told us these things.

1. You get a refund on these phones. I can mail in the rebate if you want. Naturally, we said yes.

2. Night time minutes begin at 7pm.

We listened as he gave the whole sales pitch. We then agreed to a 69.99 a month 700 minute plan for two phones. Sounded like a good deal.

After two years here is what happened. We never received our refund for the phones. And, after using all my rollover minutes, finally, I just received a bill for $286. Why? Because night time minutes begin at 9pm! I was never told this. And, why one minute my bill is less than $100 and without changing the amount I use the phone is it $286?

I am so upset. I do not intend on paying a bill like this. I feel like they've lied to me too many times. Where is my $200 refund? Why was I given false information?
